  • How long will my item take to ship/arrive?

Within the U.S.: 10-45 days (Processing 3-7 days)

Outside of the U.S.: 15-45 days (Processing: 5-12 days)

There are rare cases where the airline will delay the delivery of an item. This can be because of weather, waiting for the next airline, or the item is going through customs. We are not responsible for this but we will notify you via email when this happens. 

NOTICE: Pre-Order processing times will take longer than listed above.

  • Where do your items ship from?

We have different vendors we work with who pack and ship out orders, one based in Chicago, one based in Busan, and one based in Hong Kong. If you have a question about where a specific item is coming from feel free to contact us!

  • How can I track my order?

We include tracking information in all of our orders. If you haven't received one with your shipment confirmation, this means the order has just been shipped and is on it's way to the post office, if you didn't receive tracking within a week of shipment please contact us here with your order number included, and we will send you your tracking number.

  • My tracking number says unavailable, now what?

Tracking numbers can be unavailable for a few reasons, either on the airline, at the airline, processing through customs etc. Updates can take anywhere between 5-10 days to show up in a tracking system. This doesn't mean your shipment is lost or won't arrive!

  • Which items are official?

Official items will say so in the description.

  • An item I wanted is out of stock, how long will it take for a restock?

Our restocks are posted both in our newsletter and on our Instagram page!

  • I want to cancel my order.

If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us within 48 hours and we will be able to process your refund! After the 48 hour period we will no longer be able to process a cancellation refund. All purchases are final after the 48 hour period.

  • Is your website safe/secure?
